We offer a specialized two-man delivery service for bulky furniture to ensure items reach your room of choice safely. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 working days, while larger items may take 7-10 days depending on your location.
What is the Latifs return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, mattresses and bedding cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Do you offer assembly services for flat-pack furniture?
Currently, we do not offer a direct assembly service. However, all our furniture comes with comprehensive, step-by-step instructions and all necessary hardware for easy home setup.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. You can also log into your Latifs account to view real-time updates on your shipment's progress.
